Pam Baumbach is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of the Nonprofit Division at Mallard Financial Partners with over 15 years of Compliance experience helping Mallard navigate the regulatory jungle, and almost 10 years helping Nonprofits change the world. Specializing in rules and details, Pam uses all her experience to safeguard Mallard’s assets, protecting both Mallard’s employees and clients.  

By focusing on improvement and systems, Pam has been able to put her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Certified Financial Planning certification from the University of Delaware to good use. Over the years, Pam has mentored numerous employees and fostered Mallard’s culture of compliance and client first nature. Pam may spend her days at Mallard, but the ever-changing challenges and the constant need for innovation that are required when owning a business are what gets her up in the morning.

When she’s not at Mallard, Pam is a fledgling camper and enjoys spending time swimming and playing games with friends.
