Director of Operations

Jacqie Thompson is the Director of Operations at Mallard Financial Partners with thirteen years’ experience helping Mallard’s back-office boost its efficiency to keep up with the needs of our ever-growing client base. Specializing in organizational and database management, Jacqie uses that experience to lead Mallard’s recordkeeping, reporting, and rebalancing processes.

By focusing on innovation, Jacqie has been able to put her two Associate’s in Accounting and General Business from Delaware Technical Community College and her Bachelor of Liberal Arts cum laude in Economics from Harvard University Extension School to good use. Over the years, Jacqie’s strengths at Mallard have garnered recognition and allowed her to move up from part-time bookkeeper to full-time department head and owner. Jacqie may spend her days pouring over intricate data in vast spreadsheets, but it’s the knowledge that the data represents the clients Mallard is helping that gets her up in the morning.

When she’s not at Mallard, Jacqie is an avid gamer and loves spending time becoming a plant mom and pursuing her creative interests.
